WK-Paletten AG invested in the use of waste wood and used wood packaging as a source of energy some years ago. Waste wood is turned into wood chips and then converted into energy in a large heat recovery system. The exhaust gases produced in the process are cleaned by an exhaust gas filtering system so that ultimately only harmless gases are released.
